Mike is our PBRDirect Manager. He has been with the PBR customer service team since 2008, and has directly interacted with many of our fans. He takes pride in providing premium customer service to the “Toughest Fans On Earth,” and is looking forward to continuing that tradition. When not in the office, Mike enjoys the great outdoors through a variety of activities.
Elizabeth has been with the PBRDirect since November 2013, and has been providing premium customer service her whole career. She is a married mother of two young children, and has resided in Colorado all her life. Elizabeth can be seen working at the World Finals Ticket Renewal booths, and when she’s not working she enjoys outdoor activities like fishing trips with her family.
Andrea has been with PBRDirect since April 2015, and loves providing premium customer service to PBR Fans. She has worked in customer service most of her life and enjoys helping people. She is a graduate of Colorado State University and is a mother of one. While in college, Andrea studied abroad in Thailand, and would like to continue her adventures by traveling the world, trying new foods and experiencing different cultures.
JoAnna has been with PBRDirect since July 2017. She has worked in the customer service field for over ten years, and is looking forward to providing premium customer service to our loyal fans. She is the mother of two children, and loves cooking and spending time outdoors.
